WHAT SHOULD PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT YOU: Born and raised in Cranbrook, BC. Moved away at 16 to play juniors in Kamloops. Drafted '96 by Colorado Avalanche, traded to Carolina Hurricanes June '98.
WHAT WOULD PEOPLE BE SURPRISED TO KNOW ABOUT YOU: First 16 year old goaltender to play in all games of Memorial Cup (CHL Championship) and win (to my knowledge).
ADVICE THAT YOU WOULD GIVE TO A KID WANTING TO BE A GOALIE: Work hard and have fun.
